MSCA Meeting a Hit, as 20 Receive STAR Certification

The Mechanical Service Contractors of American (MSCA), recognized 20 MSCA STARs at the association’s annual meeting September 18-21 in Vancouver, BC.
To become an MSCA STAR, companies must provide education and training for all employees, implement a service safety program and maintain an outstanding safety record, establish an inventory control program, maintain the highest levels of customer service standards, and employ UA STAR-certified technicians.
