24/7 Acquires ASSAP of Las Vegas

24/7 Service Corporation, the leading home services company specializing in air conditioning and plumbing services in Las Vegas, recently announced the acquisition of ASSAP Services, a residential air conditioning and plumbing services business. The company will now operate as ASSAP HomeServ and will continue to serve the Las Vegas market.
ASSAP Services is based in Las Vegas and was a market leader in the industry as well as the largest provider of home warranty services in the Valley. The acquisition will enable 24/7 Service Corporation to represent nine Home Depot stores in Las Vegas, expanding its partnership with Home Depot’s At-Home Services division. In addition, the company will obtain certain assets of ASSAP Services and the company’s key personnel and founders, Bryan Watson and Shon Mitchell.
