Anthony, the world’s largest and most technologically advanced manufacturer of glass doors and related products serving the global commercial refrigeration market, announced today that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Big Services, Inc., a provider of remodeling and equipment installation services to retailers in nearly 30 states.
Anthony is a portfolio company of Avista Capital Partners.
