Acorate Flat Rate Pricing Software
Acorate is flat rate pricing software that allows the user to create and print flat rate books based on company requirements. Contractors can use the pre-defined repairs that are available with Acorate, or they can build their own repairs. The software allows technicians to quote a pre-determined price based on the repair needed. Used properly, it will reduce the time that it takes to invoice in the field, as well as minimize billing and calculation errors, sources say.
With Acorate's setup wizard, contractors can print custom flat rate books by filling in basic company information, entering company rates, and selecting which task groups are applicable. The whole process takes about 10 minutes.
