Engel HVAC Supply, a division of Trane distributor Air Purchases, Inc., recently hosted an "Open House of Blues" for area HVAC contractors, complete with its very own "Blues Brothers," gig.
The event was held to celebrate the company's relocation to an expanded facility in Manchester, NH.
"This economy has been a challenge for so many in this industry," says President Rob Engel. "We decided it was time to have a little fun with those economic 'blues.'"
Representatives from Airtech, Aprilaire, Fujitsu, Hart & Cooley, Honeywell, Lenox Tools, Lloyd, Malco, Reflectix, Seal-Tite, Trane, Trion, QuietFlex, Venture Tape, and ZoneFirst, participated in a small trade show, helped fund the event, and contributed prizes for a raffle.
"I've attended at least 10 such events in recent months," says Dave Clark, market development manager for Hart & Cooley. "This one was fun, and by far the best."
