Ann Moran, vice president of business development for Engineering Excellence, Inc., Cincinnati, OH, has received the 2009 Professional Retail Store Maintenance (PRSM) Service Excellence Award.
The award was presented during the recent PRSM convention in Phoenix., AZ, to persons who have volunteered their time and expertise to the development of the PRSM organization.
Moran has worked as committee chair on the membership committee. Her contributions include mapping out a clear plan with metrics and strategic definition for her team to follow. Moran was recently elected to a three-year term on the PRSM board of directors.
“I'm honored and humbled to accept this award, and to be a part of this organization. It's definitely been a team effort, and a result of the passion, energy, and teamwork of many,” Moran says.
Engineering Excellence provides HVAC maintenance, service, unit retrofits, and equipment audits in the U.S. and Canada. It was the 2002 ContractingBusiness.com Commercial Contractor of the Year.
