Excellence Alliance Presents Their Residential Contracor of the Year Awards

Excellence Alliance, Inc. (EAI) held its 2002 Annual Excellence Leaders Meeting, October 17th -19th at the Cincinnati Marriott Rivercenter in Covington, KY. Each year, at this meeting, EAI recognizes one residential/light commercial contracting company in each of the EAI Regions, and one overall residential contractor that demonstrates its commitment to growth and progress in each of the 7 Principles of Excellence by participating in Alliance programs and activities, by involving internal members of their organization in EAI activities and training opportunities, and by implementing progressive ideas and techniques to improve their company operations. This year, the 2002 Residential Contractor of the Year Award was presented to Peaden Air Conditioning, Inc., headquartered in Panama City, FL. Additionally, regional awards were given to the following companies in this category: Northeast Region: Mitchell Cropp, Tim Cropp and Jim Hollar -- Cropp- Metcalfe Air Conditioning & Heating -- Fairfax, VA Midwest Region: Matthew Prazenka -- Northern Weathermakers, Inc. -- Northbrook, IL Southeast Region: Robert Wilkos -- Peaden Air Conditioning, Inc. -- Panama City, FL Southwest Region: Don Richardson -- Richardson’s Plumbing & Heating, Inc. -- Shreveport, LA Western Region: Bonetta & Terry Day -- Dayco Heating & Air Conditioning -- Kennewick, WA Excellence Alliance, Inc. is a membership organization that provides independent contractor companies with comprehensive business management tools that include training, purchasing power, human resources, consulting and marketing.
