Grandy and Associates’ “Basic Business Boot Camp” series is now accepting registrations for the remainder of 2006. The Boot Camps provide three days of intense business training for contractors that are serious about profitable growth! Over the three days we will cover labor pricing, cash flow, cash flow budgeting, collections, what to track and how to track it. You will also learn how to design, price and market service agreements.
Each contractor will model their company (by department) on Grandy and Associates’ software program, “Labor Pricing for a Profit with Cash Flow Projections.”
The software will develop profitable labor pricing, cash flow budgets and residential/commercial service agreement pricing.
Tuition includes the software program, three-days of training, a 450+ page class manual, 500 custom-designed and printed Service Agreement brochures, 750 custom-designed and printed Customer Response Cards, more than $400 worth of business building tapes, a Company Policy Manual, and lunch each day.
Grandy and Associates reports that, over the past three years, contractors from 40 states have attended the boot camp, and have learned how to increase their profitability.
Class size is limited to 15 contractors.
