ICP Continues Supersize Warranty Promotion

International Comfort Products, LLC, (ICP) says it will continue its Supersize Warranty offer through the remainder of 2008.

The offer adds up to five extra years of coverage in addition to the standard limited warranty at no additional cost, and is available on ICP brands of heating and cooling equipment, including Heil®, Tempstar®, Comfortmaker®, Arcoaire®, KeepRite® and Day & Night™.

Lisa Townley, ICP director of marketing, said the popularity of the cooling promotion urged ICP to continue the promotion through this year’s heating season.

“The feedback we received from dealers on the Supersize Warranty told us it worked to help them gain more business,” Townley said. “Research shows that four out of five homeowners prefer products with strong warranties over a well-known brand, and homeowners like a replacement option. The Supersize Warranty proved an effective incentive for our mainline product purchases, so we’re offering dealers more opportunities to make the most of their fall sales by continuing the warranty promotion through the rest of 2008.”

The promotion is limited to the original, registered purchaser and qualifying products purchased between March 1, 2008, and December 31, 2008, inclusive.
