Industrial Controls Distributors Makes Acquisition

Industrial Controls Distributors LLC, Wanamassa, NJ a distributor of commercial and industrial controls and instrumentation in the Northeast U.S., has purchased the distribution division of Jay Industrial Technologies Group, Inc. of Cincinnati, OH. The acquired business will operate as Jay Industrial Controls. Industrial Controls, with five offices covering 10 states from Maine to Delaware, is an authorized distributor and stocking representative for many lines of commercial HVAC controls, process instrumentation, factory automation and valves. It is a leading distributor for Honeywell, Dresser Instrument, Johnson Controls, Siemens/Powers Controls, GE-Fanuc, Belimo, ASCO, Barksdale, Tyco valves and Burns Engineering. Jay Industrial operates five offices covering 12 states in the Midwest.
