Former HVAC contractor and chief financial officer Kathryn Crosby will be a featured speaker during the Mechanical Service Contractors Association's (MSCA's) 24th Annual Educational Conference: "Now is the Time."
The meeting will take place Oct. 18-21 in Bonita Springs, FL.
Crosby's presentation will focus on the importance of cash flow to a HVAC business, and address how the cash flow position of a company can be improved. Crosby will explore ways to maximize cash, such as inventory management, accuracy of technician paperwork, timely and correct invoicing, prompt collection, and payment terms to vendors.
Crosby is a former contractor and CFO and a very popular MCAA National Education Initiative presenter who understands the challenges facing the commercial HVAC industry.
Additional topics to be explored in other sessions will include management, personnel, finance, marketing, training and recruiting.
