    HVAC firm John C. Flood, Inc., Alexandria, VA, has acquired Ronnie Outlaw LC, also of Arlington.

    HVAC firm John C. Flood, Inc., Alexandria, VA, has acquired Ronnie Outlaw LC, also of Arlington. In a news release, John C. Flood sources claim the newly-combined venture will provide the same quality of heating and air conditioning services that Ronnie Outlaw LC customers have come to expect, with some new services.

    "By acquiring Ronnie's business, we plan to ensure that his customers are provided with the same excellent and reliable service that they have come to expect. We are also excited about the opportunity to offer a wider range of services to Ronnie's customer base," says James L. Seltzer, president, John C. Flood, Inc. Additional services now include plumbing, electrical, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, water main and sewer drain services, water heaters, sump pumps, and more.

    With the acquisition, the Ronnie Outlaw company circles back to its beginnings. Outlaw was a veteran technician and employee of John C. Flood for many years, before starting his HVAC business in 1995. Outlaw grew his customer base into the hundreds, thanks to a reputation of quality and reliable HVAC service, says John C. Flood, Inc.
