Just one week after 12 inches of snow blanketed the greater Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, the skies cleared, the sun climbed high, and the temperatures grew warmer. It was a perfect day for the grand opening of a new, 64,000 sq. ft. distribution and educational facility dedicated to the Samsung, Coaire, and Quietside brands.

In a ribbon-cutting ceremony held on February 18th, Samsung Systems Air Conditioning and Coaire President Sung Lee and Vice President and General Manager Jack Ernest dedicated the new facility. Presentations were made to representatives of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce. The event was attended by employees and customers.

Said Ernest just before cutting the ribbon, “We're very excited about the future, and what the State of Texas and the city of Fort Worth have to offer.”

The state-of-the-art building is a showcase for the best technology offered by Samsung and Coaire. The comfort system in the training centers features the Samsung DVM Plus III variable refrigerant flow system that's open and available for the training of distributors and contractors on this technology.

The facility will be the site of sales and technical training seminars throughout the year for all Samsung air conditioning equipment, including mini-splits, Coaire mini-splits, tankless water heaters, dual-purpose water heaters, and unitary air conditioning products.

The facility will employ 12, and serve wholesale distribution throughout the central U.S. and the central provinces of Canada.
