HVAC rebates are alive and well. Tappan announced to HVAC contractors the news about the "Go Green, Save Green" instant rebate. The rebate is valid on the brand’s ecoLogic systems purchased between April 1, 2012, and June 30, 2012. The rebates include the 24.5 SEER iQ Drive air conditioner and heat pump.
Homeowners can receive from $300 to $1,300 off the price of a new system when they purchase either a 14-SEER or higher packaged system, or a 15-SEER or higher split system with a matching indoor air handler or furnace. Many of these systems also qualify for local incentives and rebates, boosting the overall discount.
