TDIndustries, Dallas, TX, has named Ed R. White as vice president of its newest operation in Phoenix, AZ. TDIndustries also has operations in Austin, Atlanta, Denver, Houston, San Antonio and Washington DC. The company had 2002 revenues of $217 million.
White has been with TDIndustries since it first opened its Phoenix office in March, 2001. He is responsible for all the construction and service business in both Phoenix and New Mexico. White came to TDIndustries after 11 years with Interstate Mechanical Corporation in Phoenix, where he was vice president of sales.
TDIndustries is an employee-owned company, with 1,350 employees. According to FORTUNE magazine, it is one of the 100 Best Places to Work in America. In fact, the company has been ranked in the top 10 on that list every year since the list was first published, amking it the only “Best 100” company on the list to have done so. The company was Contracting Business’ 1995 Commercial Contractor of the Year.
