Illiana Heating & Air Conditioning was founded by Tom and Sue Krygsheld more than 25 years ago. Since that time, it has outgrown four locations, and the company’s leaders are in the process of building a new
facility. As part of Tom and Sue’s Christian faith, the business has been founded and run on the principles of honesty, integrity, and fairness, to both customers and employees. Keys to Illiana Heating & Air Conditioning’s success include a focus on customer service that leads to repeat and referral business with family and friends of existing customers. Illiana’s leadership team also works hard to hire, keep, and train the best technicians and office staff in the area.
