The Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA), awards Warren Lupson with the association’s Distinguished Service Award.

Lupson is the director of education for the Air Conditioning Heating and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) and has actively played a part in ACCA’s success through his work on numerous committees over the years. He currently serves on three ACCA committees: the Technical Services Committee; the Code Committee; and the Joint Futures Committee. While working on these committees he shares many perspectives as an HVACR business consultant/owner, the manufacturer trade association’s representative, and as an educator.

“Warren is one of the most dedicated volunteers our industry has ever had,” says Joe Nichter, ACCA Chairman. “His dedication and tireless service has not only helped ACCA, but the entire industry grow stronger.”

Lupson was recognized at ACCA’s 44th Annual Conference and Indoor Air Expo, held this week in Las Vegas. He was presented the Distinguished Service Award in front of ACCA contractor members at the association’s annual Town Hall Meeting.

ACCA’s Distinguished Service Award is presented occasionally to an outstanding volunteer contributor to the association.
