Need help with the International Mechanical Code? A two-day course to help designers, building inspectors, plan reviewers and HVAC contractors understand the 2003 code will be held Sept.7-8 in Pittsburgh, PA.

According to the Building and Fire Code Academy, an understanding of the code will improve plan review, inspection and design skills. The course will cover administration, general regulations, ventilation and exhaust, commercial kitchen exhaust, duct systems, combustion air, chimneys and vents, appliances, boilers, water heaters and refrigeration.
