Grundfos Wins 'Green Dot' Award

Grundfos Pumps Corp., Olathe, KS, was awarded honorable mention in the Services Products category for the Magna circulator pump. The jury selected winners from thousands of entries from over 25 countries.
Green Dot Awards™ of Los Angeles, CA rewards and promotes what are described as forward-thinking businesses that create environmentally friendly products or services, and what are determined to be revolutionary green proposals.
Magna is Grunfos’s line of pumps for heating and air conditioning systems in buildings of any scale. The pumps feature Autoadapt technology, which has resulted in an “A” rating on the European energy labeling scale.
The awards are chosen by a jury of energy efficiency experts, including Daniel D. Chiras, Ph.D., author of the Homeowner's Guide to Renewable Energy, and Steven Foster, president of the Steven Foster Group, a commercial consultant for eco-sustainability.
