    EMCOR Group's S.A. Communale Wins Ohio Medical University Projects

    S.A. Comunale will be responsible for the complete installation of the fire protection, plumbing, and HVAC systems in a newly constructed, approximately 176,000 sq.ft. medical facility. Scope of work includes design and installation of a complete fire protection system for the interior and exterior of the building; all associated underground plumbing; and all HVAC design and equipment, and piping systems.

    EMCOR Group, Inc., a Fortune 500 leader in mechanical and electrical construction, industrial and energy infrastructure, and facilities services for a diverse range of businesses announced that its subsidiary S.A. Comunale, based in Cleveland, OH, has been awarded a contract for the installation of fire protection, plumbing, and HVAC systems at Northeast Ohio Medical University Health and Wellness Center in Rootstown, Ohio.

    S.A. Comunale will be responsible for the complete installation of the fire protection, plumbing, and HVAC systems in a newly constructed, approximately 176,000 sq.ft. medical facility. The project includes design and installation of a complete fire protection system for the interior and exterior of the building; all associated underground plumbing; and all HVAC design and equipment, and piping systems.
