    Bill Baltzersen Teams with Weldon Long for Masters Training & Consulting for Service Techs

    Professional HVAC corporate trainer Bill Baltzersen has teamed–up with master motivational speaker, trainer, best selling author and entrepreneur Weldon “Wally” Long for a new venture to train HVAC service technicians.

    The new enterprise is called Masters Training and Consulting.

    “We are very excited about the formation of our new venture together,” says Baltzersen. “Wally is a dynamic entrepreneur and inspirational speaker whose life story of his rise from deep despair to incredible success has riveted thousands of people who have attended his speaking engagements, and countless journalists who have clamored to tell his story.”

    Baltzersen has been director of corporate training for 11 years and sales territory manager for15 years for one of the largest Carrier/Bryant distributors in North America, where he coordinated more than 300 training classes involving more than 2,500 students per year.

    Long is an expert in personal responsibility who broke a 20-year cycle of prison, poverty and addiction and grew an Inc. 5,000 company with $20 million in sales in just five years.

    While in prison for 13 years, Long developed and taught a four-step process to inspire personal greatness and to teach others how to overcome any obstacle they might face in life and achieve their dreams.

    Long emerged from prison a transformed man: a powerful inspirational speaker, successful entrepreneur, and award-winning writer of The Upside of Fear.

    Success in life and business comes down to two things: knowing what to do and doing it,” says Long. “My mission in life, and with this new venture with Bill, is to help service technicians identify what they need to do to achieve success and prosperity (most of which they already know!) and then give them the system to do those things on a consistent basis. The doing is the hard part, and that’s where I can help.”

    Long holds a Bachelor of Science in law degree and a Master’s degree in business administration. He splits his time between the beaches of Maui and the mountains of Colorado with his wife, Janet, and son, Hunter.

    Baltzersen and Long’s Masters Training and Consulting is preparing launched a two- day Service Technician Training Program in early 2011.
