Bradford White's 50,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, has been converted into a distribution center serving all of Canada.

Production of oil-powered and indirect water heaters has been moved to Bradford White's manufacturing facilities in Middleville, MI. The Laars Heating Systems, a subsidiary of Bradford White Corporation, was also part of the conversion. All Laars Canadian operations at their Oakville, Ontario, facility, including distribution, order processing, product conversion and training, have joined Bradford White-Canada in Mississauga.

Two-thirds of the 50,000-square- foot facility is dedicated to Bradford White products. The other third will be reserved for Laars Heating Systems products. Replacement parts for both companies are also inventoried at the new distribution center.

In other Bradford White news, the company recently announced the addition of an online warranty status check to their website offerings. This new feature now allows plumbing and heating contractors, wholesalers, architects/engineers, homebuilders and homeowners to easily check the warranty status of any Bradford White water heater.

Under the warranty section of the Bradford White website, users can click on the “Check Your Warranty Status” link, input the serial number, and all the warranty information on that particular water heater will be displayed. Additional warranty information is also available directly on the website, such as how to find your model and serial number, FAQs, warranty procedure, coverage duration and how to file a warranty claim.
