    DiversiTech Names David Oriatti Vice President of HVAC Sales

    Oriatti will be responsible for HVAC sales efforts for the U.S. and South America. He will oversee DiversiTech's national sales managers and all of the company's U.S.-based HVAC sales representatives totaling more than 120. He will report to DiversiTech Chief Sales and Marketing Officer Bud Sjogren.

    DiversiTech Corp., a leading manufacturer and supplier of HVAC/R parts and accessories, announced recently that it has hired David Oriatti as vice president, HVAC Sales. Oriatti will be responsible for HVAC sales efforts for the U.S. and South America. This includes overseeing DiversiTech’s national sales managers and all of the company’s U.S.-based HVAC sales representatives totaling more than 120.  He will report to DiversiTech Chief Sales and Marketing Officer Bud Sjogren.

    “David is a proven sales professional with a deep understanding of the HVAC/R industry and the North American and Latin American markets,” said Sjogren. “We know David’s expertise will contribute significantly to our company’s continued success and that of our wholesale customers and their contractor customers.”

    In addition to overseeing DiversiTech’s U.S. and South American HVAC sales team, wholesale customers and building value to contractors out in the field, a major priority will be promoting new products from the company’s recent acquisitions of Quick-Sling and Cliplight. Oriatti will also champion DiversiTech’s mission of helping customers simplify the way they work through streamlined order processing, easy-to-meet shipping and product minimums, and greater access to a wider selection of products. 

    Oriatti brings nearly 30 years of sales experience to the position, including his most recent position as Vice President for Southwire Company, LLC., and Coleman Cable, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from DePaul University and an M.B.A. from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.  He enjoys the personal successes of his three daughters and will be relocating to the Atlanta area from the Chicago area with his wife Lori.
