    Holland, MI — Bernard Roy has been appointed president of Hart & Cooley, Inc., and will report directly to Terry O'Halloran, group president of Air System Components Division.

    In his new role, Bernard will be responsible for the operations, engineering, sales and marketing of all brands for Hart & Cooley, American Metal Products Group and Commercial Products Group.

    Bernard received his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of New Hampshire and his master's degree in industrial administration from Purdue University. He started his career as an engineering co-op working for General Electric, during which time he completed the Tool and Die Apprenticeship Program.

    “Bernard brings a wealth of experience with team development and operation excellence to the Hart & Cooley family,” O'Halloran said. “He's been a team leader on multifunction supply chain improvement processes, has experience with managing multiplant operations and has accomplished significant improvement with construction programs.”

    Owned by Tomkins plc, Hart & Cooley, Inc., is a manufacturer of air distribution and vent products for heating, plumbing and air-conditioning systems.
