    Bradshaw is a sales and marketing professional with more than 20 years of experience who specialized in HVAC contractor business development, marketing and sales training. Previously, she worked for Lennox Industries, where she was instrumental in launching the Lennox training organization and developing the Lennox Masters of the Game Conference Series, exponentially improving the way retail contractors conducted business, from sales and marketing to service operations to finances and business profitability.

    Bradshaw has an undergraduate degree in Communications from the University of Texas at Arlington and a master’s degree in Accounting & Financial Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University. She is a fifth-generation Texan and resides in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
