Johnson Controls announces its 2010 fall promotions for the York®, Coleman® and Luxaire® brands. The enhanced program, which begins Sept. 1, 2010 and runs through Nov. 15, 2010, gives participating York, Coleman and Luxaire Liberties™ dealers flexibility to choose from a combination of four incentives:

    Instant rebates on qualifying equipment

Attractive financing programs through GE Money

    Extended warranties

    Custom incentives

“Rebates, special financing and extended warranties have always been important components of our promotional programs,” explained Steve Hoffins, York brand manager. “This expanded program offers our dealers a new and completely customizable incentive. Now they can choose to take all or a portion of the equipment rebates and apply it to a rebate or giveaway that resonates in their particular market. Maybe it’s a new television, a mobile device or a weekend getaway – whatever a dealer thinks will help close the sale.”

Equipment rebates apply to individual components (qualifying air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, package units and indoor air quality units) as well as complete systems that include an air conditioner or heat pump, furnace, air handler and matching coil.

“Many of these products also qualify for federal tax credits available through Dec. 31, 2010, through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009,” added Mary Mocarski, brand manager for Coleman HVAC and Luxaire. “And, depending on where homeowners live, their state or local governments may provide additional incentives, making it even more beneficial for consumers to purchase high-efficiency products.”

For more information about the 2010 fall promotions, dealers should contact their local York, Coleman or Luxaire distributor.
