HVAC Sustainability Workshop

The Auburn University Office of Professional & Continuing Education will offer a two-day HVAC Sustainable Practices workshop, February 3 & 4, Dauphin Island, AL. The workshop is open to HVAC professionals, construction managers, civil and electrical engineers, architects, and contractors.

Topics will include:

  • LEED Overview
  • Sustainability from a contractor’s perspective
  • Update on the 2012 IGCC International Construction Code
  • Energy Efficient Lighting
  • ASHRAE 90.1 189
  • HVAC & Commercial Systems
  • Building Commissioning
  • Alabama renewable options.

The workshop has continuing education credit approval from the State of Alabama (HVAC Board : 15 Hours; AIA: 11 Hours; AU Office of Professional & Continuing Education: 1.3 CEUs).

There is a $195 fee, which jumps to $225 after January 26.
