Comfort Systems USA, Inc., a leading provider of commercial, industrial and institutional HVAC services, today announced that it has acquired ColonialWebb Contractors, Richmond, VA. ColonialWebb serves mechanical contracting, HVAC, and industrial refrigeration customers in Richmond and Norfolk, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. The  ColonialWebb acquisition is expected to contribute annualized revenues of approximately $180 million to $190 million to Comfort Systems, USA operations.
