Danfoss Product Manager Mark Hegberg received the Exceptional Service Award from the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) during the society’s annual meeting June 20-24 in Louisville, Ky.

The award recognizes ASHRAE members who have served the organization faithfully and with exemplary effort. Eligible candidates must be a full-grade member for a minimum of 10 years and score a minimum of 45 service points on the tally form required with each nomination submittal. In addition, they must have received the Society’s Distinguished Service Award.

Hegberg was one of five award recipients who received a plaque and lapel pin from ASHRAE President Bill Harrison and Secretary Jeff Littleton during the society’s Plenary Session June 20.
