The Mechanical Service Contractors Association (MSCA) wants its members to toss away some methods that might not be working, and latch on to some new ways of approaching business. What worked successfully just five years ago could now result in lost business, declining sales, disappointed customers and disenchanted employees.

MSCA says it's time to FLIP Your Thinking! and face the realities of competing in a new business arena. Sources say the MSCA’s 25th Annual Educational Conference offers knowledge and skills essential for success today and in the future.

The meeting will be held October 17 - 20 at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch in Scottsdale, AZ.

MSCA 2010 will bring together some of the brightest minds in our industry who are dealing with and solving the major challenges facing many contractors.

Topics include:

  • Leading Change
  • Gen Y
  • Cost of an Hour of Service
  • Opportunities in Net Zero Energy Buildings
  • Selling Energy Services
  • Analyzing Profitability
  • Sales Musts
  • Training Investments

Additionally, a special one-day session to help you understand the value in expanding your maintenance sales base, and how it offers the most profitable way to grow your business. —

According to MSCA, more sessions will be devoted to networking and exchanging ideas with fellow service contractors from around the country, during topic-specific peer group discussion groups.

Unique opportunities will be offered to explore issues of mutual concern with our UA partners, including such topics as training, national agreement, recruiting, marketing and standards of excellence.

An exhibitor display will feature the HVAC industry’s latest products and services and an opportunity to obtain additional critical and timely information from our exhibitors.
