Engineering Excellence, a leading Ohio-based provider of HVAC facilities management services and energy solutions, has hired Paul Metts as energy solutions consultant. He will work out of the company's Columbus office.

Paul Metts is the new energy solutions consultant for Engineering Excellence.

Metts has nearly 30 years of experience in building management systems, HVAC equipment, lighting and electrical systems. He began his career in electrical/lighting, HVAC and mechanical control systems as an independent contractor. Following a successful 25 year career in contracting, he pursued a sales/management career at Aleron, Inc. that included providing solution sets within the construction, service, and energy sectors. Most recently, he focused on business development related to the K-12 Schools and healthcare markets. As an energy solutions consultant for Engineering Excellence, Metts will focus on new client acquisition, account management, and strategic business planning.
