The Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES) and the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) will co-produce a guide to refrigeration system commissioning.

"Refrigeration System Commissioning Guideline" will be released later this year. It will be a dedicated to helping the commissioning provider accomplish the correct complete commissioning process for a refrigeration system.

According to sources from RSES, the publication will set the standard for the commissioning process for HVAC refrigeration systems such as package units, split DX systems, low-temperature and medium-temperature refrigeration systems.

“The results of this joint venture are a more defined process for the commissioning provider, and a more efficient refrigeration system that contributes to the sustainability of the building it serves. RSES is proud to work with NEBB in this effort to raise the bar for HVACR system performance,” said Mark Lowry, RSES Executive Vice President.
