at University of Central Florida

A tribute to contractor's past performance

Article Tools

Randall Mechanical Inc., Orlando, FL, has won a $600,000 HVAC and plumbing contract for the University of Central Florida’s new Pegasus Health, a $3.5 million, 23,000-sq.ft. facility in Orlando, FL. Balfour Beatty Construction is the general contractor. Construction began in January, with a May, 2011 deadline.

UCF managers chose Randall Mechanical in part because of its performance on other UCF projects. Randall completed $15 million of work at the UCF Arena and Convocation Center, as well as $8 million of work at the new, 175,000-sq.ft. UCF College of Medicine.

Randall Mechanical was founded in 1986 by Jeffrey S. Condello, president/CEO.
