The "R" in HVACR WEEK will get the attention it deserves during a VIP roundtable session featuring supermarket executives and commercial refrigeration contractors. The roundtable will be held Sept. 23-24 at the Baltimore Convention Center.

What are the key issues facing contractors and their supermarket customers today? What are they doing to overcome the mutual challenges they face in an industry that's filled with change and many technological developments?

This event, which is sponsored by Heatcraft Refrigeration Products, Hill PHOENIX, and ServiceNet, will seek to find some answers, as our 10-person panel shares opinions, ideas, and personal experiences related to their success in commercial supermarket refrigeration.

Contractor panelists include:
Dan Steffen, vice president, AAA Refrigeration Services
Stan Shumbo, president, Eastern Refrigeration
Jim Salamone, president, Precision Mechanical
Ron Smith, president, DHR Mechanical Services
Mike Sabin, co-founder, Area Mechanical

Supermarket panelists include:
Jon Perry, director of energy & maintenance, Farm Fresh
Charles Dinsmore, director of engineering, Weis Markets
Harrison Horning, energy manager, Hannaford Bros.
Jim Galehan, refrigeration/HVAC manager, Giant Eagle

But that's not all. In the months following the Roundtable, Contracting Business and Supermarket News magazines will provide an exclusive series of articles on topics that were covered during the event, for the benefit of our readers in the supermarket refrigeration contracting industry.

This is a VIP event open only to invited participants and sponsors, and is a first for Contracting Business and Supermarket News.
