The USGBC is non-profit organization committed to a prosperous and sustainable future for our nation through cost-efficient and energy-saving green buildings. With a community comprising 78 local affiliates, nearly 16,000 member companies and organizations, and more than 170,000 LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Professional Credential holders, USGBC is the driving force of an industry that is projected to contribute $554 billion to the U.S. gross domestic product through 2013.

“Becoming a national member of the USGBC is a great fit for us,” says Randy Niederer, Director of Marketing, Unico, Inc. “Unico remains committed to promoting environmentally-friendly and energy efficient building practices, both on the commercial and residential side, and all of our products reflect that commitment.”

The benefits of membership extend to all full-time employees of the member institutions. They are part of a vibrant and diverse community, which offers unlimited new opportunities for connecting individuals and businesses with the people, information, and ideas they need to be part of the rapidly growing green building industry.
