American Standard Heating & Air Conditioning recently honored seven of its independent distributors at the annual Pinnacle Awards Ceremony in Orlando, FL. The awards are presented in recognition of outstanding HVAC business performance, based on market share, sales, growth, and customer satisfaction.

"The Pinnacle Award winners are the best of the best in our industry," says Jamie Byrne, vice president of sales, American Standard Heating & Air Conditioning, who presented the awards. "These distributors have gone above and beyond expectations surpassing key performance metrics to achieve outstanding results in 2010,” Byrne says. The winning distributors are:

• Group 1: Lyon, Conklin & Co. Inc, Richmond, VA (runner-up: Yandle-Witherspoon Supply, Inc., Charlotte, NC).
• Group 2: Ferguson Heating & Cooling, Tampa, FL (Runner-up: Northeastern Supply Inc., Baltimore, MD).
• Group 3: Young Supply Company, Chesterfield, MI. (Runner-up: EMCO Plumbing & Heating Supplies, a division of EMCO Corporation, Vancouver, Canada).
• Group 4: Pueblo Winair, Pueblo, CO.
