Paul Anderegg has joined ARS/Rescue Rooter, Memphis, TN, as senior vice president of sales  marketing. John Hayes is new senior vice president of corporate development. 

Anderegg oversees all sales and marketing activities nationwide, while focusing on growing service footprints in existing markets and continuing to build the ARS/Rescue Rooter brand.

Hayes will oversee all acquisition and corporate expansion activities.
