Johnny N. Germaine, commissioning manager for Comfort Systems USA Energy Services, has earned elite certification status through the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB).

Germaine has met all NEBB requirements to perform and manage building systems commissioning for green buildings and HVAC.
