FlowSense to Join Gov. Pawlenty on Trade Mission

Article Tools

Representatives from FlowSense Building Services will be traveling with Gov. Tim Pawlenty to Brazil and Chile on December 5-9, 2009. The trade mission will include trips to Sao Pablo, Brazil and Santiago, Chile where FlowSense will participate in roundtable discussions along side local businesses and government officials with the ultimate goal of cultivating business relationships and exploring opportunities.

"We're interested in infrastructure sustainable development projects and this trade mission provides FlowSense with an opportunity to explore these opportunities at the highest level." says Paul Smallwood, president and owner of FlowSense.

"As we continue to seek out diversification to offset the continuing challenging economics, it makes sense given our firm's engineering and construction capabilities to explore new opportunities," Smallwood says.

Since 2004, FlowSense has participated on numerous trade missions with the State of Minnesota, including missions to Vietnam, Hong Kong, and China. FlowSense LLC is an award-winning service disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB) and 8(a)/SDB certified contractor providing turnkey building and facility solutions in HVAC services, mechanical & electrical systems, and building maintenance.
