With the increasing need for career development training and continued margin improvement in the HVACR distribution community, HARDI is proud to announce the introduction of Emily Saving to the management team in Education Services. This role will play an integral role in the future development of HARDI’s current professional development and education portfolio including the Independent Study Institute (ISI), Distribution Learning Network (DLN) and various other offerings. With a strong foundation in instructional design, Emily will be responsible for the research, course design, implementation and evaluation of all programs and classes added to HARDI’s training and education catalog.

In an effort to provide more personal membership support, HARDI is pleased to introduce Stephanie Lingofelter as Membership Development and Services Manager. Stephanie’s responsibilities will include assisting members in their efforts to maximize the membership tools and advantages available to them as well as manage the growth and retention of HARDI’s various memberships. With the goal of maintaining our strong position as an invaluable industry tool, she will fill the role of HARDI member advocate to ensure not only the value of membership is understood and delivered but also continues to grow.

“HARDI’s leadership and staff are intensely committed to delivering unprecedented service to our distributor members that provides them a tangible and significant competitive advantage over their non-member competitors,” said Executive Vice President and C.O.O. Talbot Gee. “The addition of Emily and Stephanie’s impressive talents and experience to our staff is another example of this commitment.”

Heating, Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI) represents more than 450 wholesale companies and 300 manufacturing associates as well as nearly 140 manufacturer representatives. HARDI members represent an estimated 85 percent of the dollar value of the HVACR products sold through distribution.
