Tracy Sianta has joined Hart & Cooley, Inc., Grand Rapids, MI, as director of marketing. In her new role, Tracy will report to Curt Monhart, executive vice president of sales and marketing.

Sianta received her Bachelor of Science and MBA degrees from Northern Illinois University. Her experience includes a number of marketing leadership roles for Mitsui & Company, Motorola, and the Ford Motor Company. Most recently, she was the director of marketing, sales & business operations for Klise Manufacturing, a Grand Rapids company serving the fine furniture and cabinet industry.

“Tracy’s background will enable her to grow the brands at Hart & Cooley, leverage product strengths and provide the strategic marketing direction to drive new business development,” says Monhart.
