Ideal Clamp Products, Inc. announced that its operations have not been affected following the magnitude 9.0 earthquake and resulting tsunami that struck Japan on March 11, 2011.

“While all of us at Ideal are deeply saddened by these tragic events, we are relieved that after reviewing our extended supply chain we do not foresee an impact in our ability to supply product to our customers,” said Mark Cramer, Global Director of Sales & Marketing—Aftermarket. “Ideal has multiple, geographically diverse sources for supply and production processes designed to mitigate disruptions in the supply chain.”

“We are keeping those affected by this tragedy in our thoughts as they cope with the loss and destruction caused by this natural disaster.”
