VYKON Honors Distributors VYKON announced the recipients of the 2010 Distributor Awards at the 2011 AHR Expo. VYKON honored the award-winning distributors during a dinner with their industry peers.

VYKON Authorized Distributors are considered for award recognition based on sales volume, projects implemented, technical competency, marketing excellence and on-going commitment to supporting VYKON's open, automation, security and energy solutions. These awards reflect the importance that VYKON places on the distribution channel in supporting worldwide growth.

The award for the highest performing distributor of the year went to Cochrane Supply and Engineering. Scott Cochrane, President of Cochrane Supply and Engineering said, "As one of the first distributors to sign on with VYKON, we are especially honored to receive this recognition. This accomplishment is a reflection of hard work from our entire organization, our customers, and a great relationship with VYKON for more than a decade. We look forward to many years of continued success."

Receiving Platinum honors for the highest level of achievement were Cochrane Supply and Engineering, Madison Heights, MI.; Controlco, Inc., Oakland, CA., and Activelogix, Charlotte, NC. Gold Distributor honors went to Control Consultants, Weymouth, MA.; and Building Logix, Vandalia, OH., was named Gold Partner.

Other award winners included: Elite Distributor: Environmental Systems, Inc., Temperature Control Systems, Long Building Technologies, and Universal Supply Group; and Innovator Distributors: Energy Systems Technologies and O'Connor Company.

In presenting the awards, Ed Merwin, field sales director for VYKON, congratulated the winners and thanked all of the distributors for their outstanding contribution to the business. "We are honored to acknowledge the entire network of VYKON partners this year. It is a privilege to recognize all of our distributors who earned these awards".
