CS3 Inc., Memphis, TN, and Sibley Solutions LLC, two long-standing Mid-South companies, announced today that they have entered into an agreement in principle under which Sibley will join CS3 to become one entity and set its sights on aggressively growing its business in the management of smart building environments.
The merger further broadens CS3’s overall service offerings. It adds approximately 23 employees to the company’s customer service staff, providing more resources to respond faster in emergency situations.
The CS3 website boasts an impressive listing of the company's capabilities in BAS systems integration services. Its customers include Bridgestone Arena, St. Jude Childrens' Hospital, and Regional Medical Center, and St. Francis Hospital.

For Sibley, the merger introduces a large array of new services for existing clients, as CS3 provides a variety of services in the mechanical/HVAC and controls industries, including building automation, piping, plumbing, power, safety, security and sheet metal.

Integration of Sibley into CS3 will begin immediately and efficiently, as details of the merger agreement have already been finalized.
