DSG has acquired Woodruff Company, a pioneering distributor of plumbing and heating products insouthern Minnesota. Woodruff is based in Rochester, Minnesota, with locations in Austin and Winona.
Woodruff will now be known as DSG, but it will retain its staff, and virtually all other proceedings willbe “business as usual” for customers and manufacturers alike. This new partnership will furtherdevelop DSG’s service area in southern Minnesota, eastern Wisconsin and Iowa. Woodruff will addnearly 20 employee owners and more than 60 years of successful, respected distribution history to theDSG brand.
