Master-Bilt, Orlando, FL, is featuring energy-saving equipment and technology at the North American Food Equipment Manufacturers Show (NAFEM), February 5-7, 2009 at the Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, FL. Among the products to be displayed are the Endura (shown at right), and Fusion, which Master-Bilt sources describe as durable and complete lines of institutional foodservice equipment. The Endura line includes reachins, pass-thrus and roll-thrus, heated and dual temperature cabinets, food preparation tables, and undercounter cabinets. Company sources report the U.S.-made Endura line is comprised of many models that have energy-saving features, such as hot gas defrost. Numerous models are certified by Energy Star and the California Energy Commission. Fusion is Master-Bilt's series of self-contained, bottom mount, solid door, reach-in refrigerators and freezers. Six models offer increased cost savings with an all aluminum interior. It comes equipped with an edge grip door handle for easy opening. — Master-Bilt
