    Eemax Acquires EcoSmart; Will Collaborate on Tankless Products

    Eemax, a leading manufacturer of commercial, industrial, and residential electric tankless water heaters, has acquired EcoSmart, a fast-growing consumer brand for residential electric tankless water heaters based in Miami, FL.
