New Isolation Valves for Demanding Low-flow Applications

Clark Solutions has introduced the Model CTV-K and Model CTV-R molded 3-way isolation valves.

Clark Solutions has introduced the Model CTV-K and Model CTV-R molded 3-way isolation valves.

The CTV series valves are excellent choices for demanding low-flow applications where minimum size and internal volume are desired.

The CTV-K isolation valves feature PEEK valve bodies. The CTV-R valves feature PPS valve bodies. Both models have PTFE isolation diaphragm materials to allow compatibility with aggressive media. Standard design features include low power consumption, continuous duty cycle, and a unique Perfluor soft elastomeric seals, which are more forgiving of particulate matter than typical plastic valve seats.

Valve seats constructed of fluorocarbon (FPM) are also available.

Both CTV valve lines are available with either 12 VDC or 24 VDC driven solenoids, and all models are designed for media and ambient temperature ranges of 41 to 122F (5 to 50C), and operating pressures of 375 mm Hg to 2.0 Bar.
