Author, speaker, and customer service specialist Steve Coscia has earned a Certified Speaking Professional designation from the National Speakers Association. Coscia is known by HVACR and plumbing professionals across the nation for his many presentations at industry trade shows and seminars.
The CSP designation is the speaking profession’s international measure of public speaking excellence.
