The National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) board of directors voted to approve a modification to the requirement to have at least a certified technician on a jobsite after December 31st, 2011. The modification is a one year extension of the requirement to have at least one certified technician on the jobsite as of January 1, 2012, for those firms whose technicians on the jobsite have started the qualification process by applying for the Certified Technician test and paying the required fee.
The fee and application must be submitted to your local chapter by Saturday, December 31, 2011. Contractors are asked to contact local NEBB chapters with questions, or address questions to Elena Noel at [email protected].
